Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Processing times may be extended during busy periods, promotions, or product launches.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within the UK are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Maison Yerba is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Hello@maisonyerba.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request clear photos of the item and packaging before proceeding.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Hello@maisonyerba.com. We will investigate the issue with the courier.

While we will do our best to assist, Maison Yerba is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.
